Titleist Performance Institute Assessment in Massachusetts - Featured 4

At Elevate Physical Therapy, we offer Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessments for golfers who want to improve their game by understanding exactly how their body moves. This head-to-toe functional evaluation examines essential elements of an efficient and powerful golf swing like range of motion, movement patterns and strength. Our TPI-certified professionals use this evidence-based system to pinpoint and address factors that could be holding you back or putting you at risk for injury. Whether you’re looking to increase your drive distance, dial in your short game or simply play pain-free, a TPI assessment can be the first step in reaching your full potential on the course.

The Data Behind Your Drive: Inside a TPI Assessment

During your 60-minute Titleist Performance Institute assessment session, you’ll receive a comprehensive analysis of how your body functions during your golf swing. We assess swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness and quality of movement as well as your health history to identify any limitations that might be impacting your performance. This in-depth process allows our physical therapists to design a program that directly addresses your unique needs. Through this individualized approach, we not only help you improve your swing mechanics but also build strength and flexibility that enhances endurance and prevents injury over time.
