In order to spend the appropriate time and provide individualized care to maximize your outcomes, we are an out of network provider.

This allows us to provide the exact care that your body needs, not what your insurance allows.

How it works

We provide the courtesy of checking your out of network benefits and filing your claim, however payment is due at the time of your service.

Out of network or cash-based physical therapy does not require a referral and in most clients, decreases the total number of visits needed due to high quality care.

Colleen Brauch, PT, DPT

Colleen is the founder of Elevate Physical Therapy. She attended University of Massachusetts, Lowell where she studied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. She then attended graduate school at UMASS, graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

She has since discovered her love for sports medicine and orthopedic physical therapy. She has taken extensive coursework to provide the most effective, up to date and evidence based treatments to her clientele. In her path of post graduate course work, Colleen became certified in pelvic floor physical therapy and discovered her passion for pelvic health and the ability to help patients with pelvic pain, bladder, bowel, sexual, pregnancy and post partum related issues.

She decided to leave this one size fits all model behind and create a better model of care where every patient receives the time and individual attention you deserve to help you achieve your goals.

Having worked in many sports medicine and orthopedic clinics over her 16-year career, Colleen got tired of the limitations placed on her ability to treat patients due to the traditional clinic model. She felt as though it was a numbers game and didn’t like rushing her patients or handing them off to work with an aide. She decided to leave this model behind and create a patient centered, one on one, personalized approach that takes the stress of attending physical therapy out of the equation.

In her free time, Colleen loves to be active and spend time with her family. They love to play sports, hike, ski, cook and snuggle up for couch time.
