At Elevate Physical Therapy, helping athletes and active individuals maintain their lifestyles is our specialty.

At Elevate Physical Therapy, we use dry needling to help reduce muscular pain, tension and movement restrictions. By targeting trigger points and tight tissue, this treatment can support recovery, improve mobility and help active individuals return to training, sports and daily activities with greater comfort.

We specialize in dry needling therapy, a highly effective treatment that targets muscular pain, tension, and movement restrictions.

Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles to stimulate trigger points within muscles and connective tissue. This treatment can help relieve pain, reduce muscle tightness, improve blood flow, and restore normal movement patterns. Dry needling is commonly used to address acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and can be integrated into a comprehensive physical therapy treatment plan.

Raising the Bar for Recovery and Performance

Our team is trained in dry needling techniques and utilizes this treatment as part of a personalized approach to rehabilitation and wellness.

When you receive treatment from Elevate Physical Therapy, you can expect a customized plan designed around your unique needs and goals. Dry needling is often combined with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and recovery strategies to maximize results and help you achieve lasting improvements.

Attending sessions is simple. You can meet in the comfort of our inviting Andover, Massachusetts office, or opt to receive treatment in your own home. We travel to patients throughout northeastern Massachusetts and the southern part of New Hampshire that surrounds Windham.
